Viikottainen mielenilmaus kunnianhimoisemman ilmastopolitiikan puolesta saa perjantaina 12.10. riveihinsä myös Yhteisöenergia-kampanjan aktiiveja! Joka perjantai aamukahdeksan ja puolenpäivän välillä ihmisiä menee Greta Thunbergin inspiroimina istumaan Eduskuntatalon portaille muistuttamaan päättäjiä riittävän vahvan ilmastopolitiikan välttämättömyydestä ja kiireellisyydestä. Yhteisöenergia-kampanjan osallistuminen kuuluu myös kansainvälisen Maan ystävien (Friends of the Earth International) toimintaviikkoon, jonka aikana Maan ystävien ryhmät eri maissa järjestävät toimintaa ilmasto-oikeudenmukaisuuden puolesta. Yhteisöenergia-aktiivit ovat paikalla banderolleineen ainakin kello 10–12, mutta osallistua voi toki jo kahdeksasta eteenpäin. Nähdään Eduskuntatalon portailla!

The weekly demonstration for more ambitious climate policy is strengthened on October the 12th by the Yhteisöenergia (Community Power) campaign! Inspired by Greta Thunberg, every Friday between 8 A.M. and noon there are people sitting on the stairs of the Parliament house, reminding politicians of the necessarity and urgency of a sufficiently strong climate policy. The participation of the Yhteisöenergia campaign is part of the action week of Friends of the Earth International, where Friends of the Earth groups around the world organise action for climate justice. Yhteisöenergia folks will be present with banners at least between 10 A.M. and noon, but you can of course participate from 8 A.M. onwards. See you at the Parliament house stairs!
