Uusien ilta on keskiviikkona 7.10. klo 18-20.15. Paikka on Ulrika-klusteri Domus Gaudiumilla (Leppäsuonkatu 11). Tilaisuuden ensimmäiseen tuntiin on mahdollista osallistua myös etänä Jitsi-sovelluksella. Jos haluat osallistua etänä, lähetä viesti osoitteeseen taru.saari [at] outlook.com keskiviikkoon 7.10. klo 16 mennessä. Tilaisuuden toinen tunti, noin klo 19.05 eteenpäin, järjestetään ulkona. Käymme kävelemässä lähiseudulla, joten otathan mukaasi säänmukaiset vaatteet. Pyrimme striimaamaan myös ulkoiluosuuden, mutta se on vielä epävarmaa.
Jos kukaan ei ole ovella avaamassa Ulrikaan tullessasi soita numeroon, joka löytyy tapahtuman nimellä oven lähellä seinästä. Sisätiloissa ei tarvitse kulkea portaita, koska tilassa on hissi, mutta matkalla on joitain kynnyksiä. Tilaisuudessa noudatetaan voimassaolevia koronasuosituksia, ja pyrimme mahdollistamaan riittävät turvavälit ja hyvän käsihygienian. Paikalle ei saa tulla, jos on flunssaoireita. Lisäksi ulkomaanmatkoja koskevia karanteenisuosituksia on noudatettava.

Welcome to Friends of the Earth Helsinki Region and University's Newcomers' evening to listen and discuss the following possibilities:
action on local level: reading circles, excursions, happenings, urban gardening, publishing, demonstrations, petitions.

The newcomers' evening will be held on Wednesday the 7th of October from 6pm to 8.15pm. It is possible to join in online to the first half of the evening through Jitsi app. If you want join the event online please send a message to taru.saari [at] outlook.com by Wednesday the 7th of October by 4pm. The second half of the event, about 7.05 onwards, will be held outside. We will go walking in the near-by neighbourhood so please wear clothes appropriate to the weather. We try to stream the part outside but it is still uncertain.
Ulrika is a shared space for student associations located in the building Domus Gaudium (Leppäsuonkatu 11) in Etu-Töölö. The entrance to the building is on a small square on Leppäsuonkatu. Next to the door there are bike racks . If no one is there to open the door, call the number written on paper by the door. Ulrika can be accessed without using stairs (there's an elevator in the building), but within the space there are some thresholds. The current Corona restrictions are applied in the event and we strive to enable safe distances between participants and good hand hygiene. Remember that you are not allowed to come to the event if you have flu symptoms. Remember also the quarantine recommendations if you have travelled abroad.
